Tilahun Zewudie is the founder and managing member of Grand Notary and Communication Services. Tilahun is an experienced professional with over twelve years of combined experience . He leverages his extensive background to provide specialized services with accuracy, professionalism, and strict compliance with applicable state and federal laws.

 

He is a commissioned Notary Public licensed by the State of Maryland.

 

Tilahun holds a Master of Laws  degree from American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. He also earned an additional Master of Laws degree from South Africa, as well as a Bachelor of Laws degree from Ethiopia, reflecting a solid academic foundation across multiple legal systems and jurisdictions.

Throughout his career, Tilahun has served in diverse professional roles, including legal researcher, paralegal,  human rights officer, legal aid coordinator, and caseworker, working with law firms, government institutions, and non-governmental organizations. His multidisciplinary experience enables him to deliver reliable, culturally informed, and legally compliant notary, translation, transcription, and administrative support services tailored to the needs of individuals, professionals, and organizations.
